Park Avenue Triplex
Spanning three floors in one of the most revered prewar cooperative buildings on the Upper East Side, this Park Avenue classic was respectfully renovated for a young family. While preserving the original Candela layout ideal for entertaining on the first level, some of the formality was adjusted for everyday family life on the second and third floors.
